Privacy Policy

• Your account: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and academic level, and, if you add them, your institution and field of study. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and is never visible to us.
• Your documents: the files you upload for a check, the reports that come back, and basic details about each check (file name, size, word count, date and scores).
• Payments: for bKash payments, the amount, the number you paid from, the Transaction ID (TrxID) and any promo code. We never ask for, and never see, your bKash PIN.
• Your credit history: every credit added, used or refunded, so your balance is always accurate.
• Contact messages: the name, email, optional WhatsApp number and message you send through our contact form. If you ask to pay without bKash, also your country and the payment methods you list.

Only to run the service you asked for:

• to create and secure your account and keep you signed in;
• to run your checks and deliver your reports;
• to verify payments and add credits to your balance;
• to reply to your messages and support requests;
• to prevent abuse, such as spam through the contact form.

We do not sell your data, show you third-party ads, or use your documents to train any AI model.

Your files are stored in private storage that only you and our system can reach. To produce your similarity and AI-writing reports, your document is sent securely to our checking partner, which processes it only to create those reports.

Your document and its reports are deleted automatically 72 hours after the check finishes. Download your reports before then. You can also delete a finished check yourself at any time from My Files.

After deletion we keep only the basic record of the check (file name, date and scores) so your credit history stays complete. The file itself is gone.

We use a small number of trusted providers, each only for its own part of the service:

• Supabase for sign-in, our database and file storage;
• our similarity and AI-detection partner to check your documents;
• our hosting provider to run the website.

Our staff can see account, payment and check details when they need to, for example to approve a payment or answer a support request. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

We use only what the site needs: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and small notes in your browser that remember choices such as light or dark mode and announcements you have dismissed. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

To stop spam, we limit how many messages can be sent from one internet connection each hour. We never store your IP address itself, only a scrambled code made from it that cannot be turned back into the address.

• Uploaded documents and reports: 72 hours after the check finishes, or sooner if you delete them.
• Account, check records, payments and credit history: while your account is open.
• Contact messages: until we have dealt with them and no longer need them.

You can update your name and mobile number in your profile, and delete finished checks from My Files at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct something, or close your account and delete your data, write to us through the contact form. We may keep payment records where the law requires it.

Connections to the site are encrypted, your files sit in private storage, access to data is limited by strict rules in our database, and sensitive settings are stored encrypted. No system is perfect, but we take every reasonable step to protect your work.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will let you know on your dashboard.
