By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• We may restrict or close an account that is misused, for example for fraud, abuse of the service or uploading content you have no right to share.

We support your own writing and research. We edit, analyse, explain and advise; we do not write assignments, theses or other work for you to submit as your own.

You are responsible for following your university's or journal's rules, including any rules on using editing services and AI tools.

For manuscript editing, data analysis, research assistance and publication support, we agree the scope, price and deadline with you before work begins. You keep full ownership of your work and your data, and we keep it confidential.

Subscriptions to third-party software (such as data analysis, AI and writing tools) are provided under the publisher's own terms, which also apply to you. Papermate.pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by these publishers. Plan types, prices and availability can change; current options are shown in your dashboard.

• Each check uses 1 credit. An AI Highlights report uses 1 extra credit.
• If a check or a highlights report fails, the credit is refunded automatically.
• Scores are indicators to help you review your work, not verdicts. They can differ from the results of other tools your institution uses.
• Your document and its reports are deleted 72 hours after the check finishes. Please download your reports in time; we cannot recover them afterwards.
• Only upload documents that you have the right to share.

• Credits are bought in advance and pay for checks and add-ons on your account.
• When you pay by bKash, send the exact amount shown and submit the Transaction ID (TrxID). Our team verifies each payment by hand before your credits are added.
• A payment we cannot verify is rejected, with the reason shown in your Transactions.
• Outside Bangladesh, or no bKash account? Tell us how you can pay and we will arrange another way for you to pay.
• Promo codes have their own conditions, shown when you apply them.
• Credits belong to your account and cannot be transferred to another person. If you think a payment or credit was handled wrongly, contact us and we will look into it.

Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, use it to send spam, or access other people's accounts or data.

We work carefully and aim for the service to be available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your work will be accepted by a journal or institution. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
